Junior Track

For early-career women ready for their first full-time job in Germany.

You've completed your degree, gained some first experience through internships or volunteering, and are ready for your first real job in Germany. We help you sharpen your CV and LinkedIn, prepare for interviews, and learn how German recruiters think — so your next application gets you invited.

Who fits this track:

Bachelor's degree
At least 6 months of professional experience (internship, volunteering)
Based in Germany
English C1, German A2
Women (part of our SheMakesItInGermany program)

Experienced professionals

Work Track

For experienced STEM professionals ready for their next step in Germany.

You bring years of experience in a STEM field — let's make it count in Germany. We help you position yourself for the German labor market, navigate the interview process, and connect with employers who value international talent.

Who fits this track:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of experience (international applicants) or 3+ years (based in Germany)
Open to talents worldwide with a special focus on applicants from Iraq
English C1, German helpful but not required
STEM background

Aspiring trainees

Vocational Track

Train while you earn — and build a long-term career in Germany.

You don't need a university degree to build a strong career in Germany. The "Ausbildung" system pays you to learn a profession in high demand — from healthcare to skilled trades to technical roles. We guide you through the application, prepare you for the German labor market, and support you every step of the way.

Who fits this track:

High school diploma
No prior work experience needed
Open to talents worldwide with a special focus on applicants from Iraq
English B2, German B2
