We truly believe that now, more than ever, there is a need for a program that supports immigrant women in finding employment or enrolling at university, so they can take control of their lives and plan their future with confidence.

We equip tech talent from underserved regions with the skills to succeed in the European job market, offering personalized CV and LinkedIn training, along with 1:1 coaching sessions led by our network of 150+ volunteer mentors.
In December 2022 Taliban banned all girls from attending secondary school and university. We provide scholarships & internships for female students from Afghanistan.
