For junior professionals ready for their first role (Working student or entry level) in Germany.
You fit the track if you have:
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 months of professional experience (internship, volunteering)
- English C1, German A2
- Preferably for International women based in Germany
Work Track
For STEM professionals across the globe, ready to make their experience count in Germany.
You fit the track if you have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience (international applicants) or 3+ years (based in Germany)
- English C1, German helpful but not required
- STEM background
Vocational Track
Train while you earn, no degree needed to build a strong career in Germany.
You fit the track if you have:
- High school diploma
- No prior work experience needed
- Open to talents worldwide with a special focus on applicants from Iraq
- English B2, German B2
