As an Imagine Volunteer, you will inspire people. You will inform people. And you will spread some love.

As a volunteer with Imagine Foundation, you’ll help people from underserved backgrounds, from Africa to Asia and beyond, uncover their potential and access life-changing opportunities. Your role is critical in connecting talent and opportunity.

Your work will reach students and professionals, helping them navigate complex decisions about universities, careers, and vocational training abroad. You’ll be contributing to a future where opportunity is not limited by geography.

Tracks You Can Volunteer For

Study / Education Support participants applying to universities by helping them explore programs, prepare documents, and strengthen applications for scholarships or admissions.

Vocational / Technical Training Guide participants toward vocational pathways and skills certifications, offering practical advice on training opportunities and recognition of qualifications.

Career / Work Abroad Assist participants in preparing CVs, motivation letters, and interview skills while navigating job opportunities and professional pathways at home or abroad.

What We Look For in Volunteers

You don’t need to be an expert, just bring:

Passion for helping others succeed
Good communication skills (English or local languages)
2–4 hours per week of availability (flexible)
Reliability, empathy, and openness to learning

I don’t know any German - is this an issue? No problem-o. We all get by in English here!
What are your working hours? It’s entirely flexible. You choose. Mornings, evenings … Imagine fits your life.
